About Us

EDEX Services and International Vision Education are Peter Gainey and Robert Parsonson's primary consulting companies. OES represents a new direction for both firms. The Indonesian office was launched on 1 February, 2006 and is managed by Ms. Agnes Ong. Before joining OES, Agnes was the Director of the Office of the International Affairs at the University of Surabaya. She holds an European Masters Degree and has broad expertise in developing international partnerships and marketing education in Indonesia.
