About Us

Offshore Education Services was launched in Jakarta in February, 2006. It was initially conceived by Mr Peter Gainey and Mr Robert Parsonson, both of whom have been prominent in the international education marketing field for over 20 years. Peter and Robert continue to act as advisors to OES, which is now owned and managed by Ms Agnes Ong. Before joining OES, initially as the office manager, Agnes was the Director of the Office of International Affairs at the University of Surabaya. She holds an European Masters Degree and has broad expertise in developing international partnerships and marketing education in Indonesia.
